About Me
Jeff Robinson, PhD, MA, RP (CRPO #10490)
The more I have studied psychology the more I have realized that a holistic and integrative approach is required in order to understand what prevents people from achieving a personal sense of well-being. It can be extremely difficult to identify, and then to change, patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that are holding you back from reaching your goals . My goal is to help you to better understand these patterns, to develop skills and strategies that produce meaningful change, and to help you to build resilience. To accomplish this I utilize a wide range of psychological theories and therapeutic practices to best help you achieve your goals.
I have had extensive training in psychology and counselling. I received a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Toronto and most recently completed a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I work with clients dealing with a number of issues included, but not limited to: Anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, self-esteem, and relationship issues.
